Donald Trump has made comments regarding US Congress member Liz Cheney that have prompted criticism from Kamala Harris. The comments in question include Trump saying that Ms. Cheney should have “a few rifles shooting at her” to fully understand what deploying troops entails.
Trump tends to make comments that many would consider to be politically extreme. Roe Harris, a Democrat vice president, campaigned with the congresswoman protecting possibility winning in two states that could prove important on Tuesday. Contrary to Trump, the focus has been on the abuse directed towards Cheney and her father from Trump.
As she spoke to reporters in Madison, Wisconsin, Harris said it is necessary to inform the electorate of whom they wish to occupy the Oval Office. According to her, Cheney is “a patriot who honors the nation” and she rebukes Trump for his violent statements which Collins says are worsening with each passing moment.
“Trump’s archive of enemies grows larger, his language deteriorates, and the rhetoric tilts ever closer to fascism,” Harris said. More so, she expressed concern over the issues Trump discusses, suggesting that they are not the core problems or challenges America faces.
